“I was very apprehensive before I applied but my fears were quickly squashed by a superb financial adviser Lenka Novakova who I can not thank enough. This lady helped me through a very difficult situation and found the exact financial solution I needed which I thought impossible. “Thoroughly recommend loan.co.uk, we found the staff and company extremely professional from start to finish with our second charge mortgage. Communications were excellent, we were well informed throughout the process, with all information succinctly presented and explained. Ours application was more complex than most but the team remained patient and understanding as we slowly progressed through each submission layer. Finally we got there but only due to their excellent service - 5 stars”

“EVERYBODY WHO WANTS TO USE THEIR HOME OR OTHER PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSES OF RAISING CAPITAL FOR THEIR BUSINESS, OR EVEN A RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE, SHOULD READ THIS! ✩✩✩✩✩ I have met many financial advisers, but rarely any financial advisers that understand money. ✩ All these financial advisors ‘tend' to understand very well, the products they sell, but unfortunately have almost zero understanding of business, or the needs of the individual, or the business that requires the funds. ✩ They all exceed with infinite gold stars in the corporately indoctrinated skill of being able to talk about process and what they can’t do for you, but generally fail in the essential skill of telling you what they can do for you, and more importantly, how to do it!…you know what I mean, the important bit - HOW TO ACTUALLY GET DA LOOT! ✩ The point being made is that these financial advisors are all very professional, and would obviously love to sell you their products, and will eulogise endlessly about those specific products. Conversely, they are so locked away with such a monotone mindset that they can often become the most proficient business prevention officers, whereby their golden achievement is the completion of forms, that even if their mismanagement of the content of those forms results in a failed loan application, they deem themselves to have been a meteoric success. How wonderfully contemporary?(NOT)! ✩✩✩✩✩ ENTER AARON NOONE - Can Do Headset (Loan.Co.Uk) ✩✩✩✩✩ After being referred by a friend of mine, a major experienced financial player, I first made contact with Aaron Noone at Loan.Co.Uk, via a telephone call at around 11:00am on 26/4/19. From this time onwards to receipt of funds, (a large six figure sum), my whole case history can be illustrated as follows:- ✩ 1. First Contact: Friday 26/4/19 @ 11:00hrs ✩ 2. Funds Received: Thursday 23/5/19 pre 17:00hrs ✩ If you remove the three weekends during this period, and also the May bank holiday ✩ That means from start to finish inclusive of receipt of funds ✩ The transaction took only 18 actual working days!!! ✩✩✩✩✩ My circumstances were complex, and the transaction had many hurdles and requirements, including the co-ordination of other professional parties such as banks, mortgage lenders, solicitors etc. Institutions that consider the phrase act at pace, to mean snails pace. However, Aaron Noone of Loan.Co.Uk was like a wasp at a picnic in motivating all the professional team involved, to accelerate pace to assist in completing all the necessary protocols, so as to assist me in co-ordinating the arrival of funds to suit my own commercial time lines. ✩ The level of contact and updates received during the 18 respective transaction, or should I more appropriately say, action days was consistent, relevant, and more frequent than the plentiful junk emails we all probably receive on a daily basis. Furthermore, personal access to Aaron Noone via the telephone was without hurdles, and unrestricted. Again extremely unusual in an industry whereby dealing with impersonal call centres set up to read meaningless scripts to diss-communinicate you from the chance of actually talking to the same human being, at the risk of making progress by someone having to really do something, appears to be the norm ✩ Aaron's final email to me regarding the transaction post my receipt of funds, expressed his disappointment that the funds hadn’t arrived sooner, and complimenting me on my patience!…speaks for itself doesn’t it. Amazing. ✩ Job Done!! ✩ HERE ENDETH THE LESSON!!! ✩✩✩✩✩”

“Excellent customer service. Lee helped us from start to finish. He was very professional and found us a great mortgage product. Always got back to me on time, & always one step ahead. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is the cost. Whilst I would recommend and it saved us a lot of hassle, it's not the cheapest option. I have gone direct before and not paid a penny but on this occasion it suited me to have someone else take the stress from me and was within an acceptable budget.”
