“I agree with the previous review in respect of Lauren Bermingham, but hers is a facilitating administrative role. The model is actually to hook you in via grand assertions about being whole-of-the-market brokers, but our experience suggests otherwise. It is pot luck who deals with you but if your case is anything other than vanilla, be prepared for big talk at the beginning followed by a long documentation gathering exercise (handed down to juniors) followed by a knock back and resulting in lots of soft searches against your credit profile! Oh and they will never give you their direct e-mail or direct phone number because, apparently, they can tell who you are from the client reference! Finally, they are too jumped up and arrogant to put their hands up and admit they have zero rapport with the lenders and are just winging it on the off-chance that they can make a commission. No regard for clients or long-term relationship management. No time to even keep you updated. You have to chase them. I recommend you avoid. Do look up a fab guy called Tom Collier, currently with Emil Thomas whose outlook is to get you where you want to be, whether residential or commercial finance.”

“Initially Alexander, then niki, sorted out mortgage for us effortlessly, my wife is a minimum wage carer, and i'm disabled and not working, yet they said it could be done, and they did it. Can't recommend them highly enough to anybody. Thank you to them 😊😊”

“Absolutely amazing service. I was worried about getting extra funds due to bad credit and needing them for major repairs on my house but after initially speaking to Ryan he found me the best lender then my case manager Lauren was absolutely amazing and made the process easy and made sure I got the funds quickly so I can proceed with the house repairs. Would definitely recommend Loan.co.uk”

“After being with another company for 6 months and progress being too slow and never feeling important to the company, i switched. Best idea we ever have. Sakshi is amazing. She dealt with a very stressed new mum with no heating and in need of funds asap. She was patient, kind, understanding and always had time to speak to me (and I never felt a burden). The whole process was quick, easy and simple. Lots of documents to find, but always support given the whole way through. I literally cannot recommend them enough. I read all their reviews before picking them and switching and I am so glad that I did. Hugely thankful and if you need anything explained they take the time to do so, even the 'silly' questions! Thank you, again, 100% recommend.”
