“After starting the process 1st time round back in august we didn’t think we would get a completion date. Thanks to David and his quick email replies and amazing communication with everything, we managed to complete just before our re Mortage. Better late than never eh. Thanks again David. “I started by dealing with Georgine, a very nice lady who gave me all of the relevant information and options. After I dealt with Lauren, who to her credit went above and beyond and regularly kept me updated. I was a little short on time and needed decisions to allow me to plan the near future so even I was a bit intense but she did everything she promised and really helped get it over the line in time. Really appreciate Lauren’s efforts of going above and beyond and really is a credit to the company. Thanks for sorting this and helping me avoid massive fees and costs!”
