“Customer service was amazing from start to finish, they made a stressful time easy and calm. If anything was required from ourselves they got in touch straight away and if they had any updates we were noted straight away and they explained everything in great detail. All in all I couldn’t of asked for better people/company to help me get my mortgage”

“I can't thank Rob enough for his assistance in securing my life insurance. Dealing with such a sensitive topic can be quite overwhelming, but Rob's knowledge and expertise really put me at ease. He not only went above and beyond to find the right policy for me but also took the time to explain everything in a clear and lighthearted manner. What truly impressed me was his flexibility with scheduling – he made sure to accommodate my availability, even if it meant working outside of the standard hours. “Honestly, I was extremely blown away by the exceptional service provided by Jo Tuson in the fact finding stage and Lucy Williams pro activity/ Determination and how she built great rapport and trust over the phone. All I can say is that Lucy delivered! She was always on call and whenever I wanted an update she’d have some material progress and not just the typical lines we usually get. I’d definitely recommend Lucy to everyone and appreciate all her help in completing my mortgage. Thanks again Jo/Lucy :)”
