“I came from another broker who had NOT managed my expectations and messed me about. It was very stressful. They were also charging twice the price. I’m not saying the process was easy (I had a complicated case!) but the team worked really hard to guide me through the process and managing my expectations. If a team member was off someone else was assigned to cover who had knowledge of my application. I spoke with Mohamed, Darryl, Lisa and James. They all guided me through the process. They were professional, courteous but “not robots”. To provide all the documentation can be challenging BE PREPARED for that. I’m a Doctor and have ti produce a portfolio and this IS CHALLENGING! I have acknowledged my stress levels with the team, and thanked them for helping me when this was really challenging. (Being on holiday, printer not working, needing the “other” document and “erm the other statement”, my dog barking helpfully during conversations! I really recommend. Half the price of another broker; and completely open and transparent; managed expectations and helped to guide me through a really challenging process when I was stressed! Thanks to the team! Plus the ops manager!”

“We needed a loan to complete an extension on our house. I applied to Loan.co.uk on-line and someone from there phoned me within 5 minutes ! Both the initial agent and the subsequent agent who handled the bulk of the work were friendly, polite, informative and incredibly helpful. They kept us up to date with progress of the application, were on the case with the prospective lender to speed things along as quick as possible as time was a factor for us, and provided a good service overall. Their fees are a little steep, but if you want someone who will do the bulk of the admin for you and keep you fully informed every step of the way then I would recommend Loan.co.uk”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Very supportive, consultative and managed to consolidate my debt with a loan in less than a month. The staff are progressional, courteous, quick to reply and seem sincere in their desire to help no matter. Great job - huge shout out to James and David, you guys were fab. Highly recommend.”

“I can’t explain how much lee and Lauren from loans.co.uk helped me. I needed to consolidate debt. And their help , professionalism, and efficiency made the process simple and less stressful. They explained everything I needed to do and told me all the information I would require. I started my application at the beginning of September and my loan is complete already and it not even October yet!!! They were easy to contact through the phone and email and were both always really helpful. I honestly can’t thank them enough for there service and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Once again Lee and Lauren thank you so much !!!!!”

“Shocking service! Constantly asking for more information and changing the parameters. Would not advise dealing with this company as the amount of stress caused is not worth it. I would of given zero stars if it was an option. Lee Brown is a joke, do not be fooled by his phone manner.”

“After exploring lots of other options to reduce our payments including DMPs, we decided to go down the secured loan route. We got a brilliant rate and it was all completed in around 4 weeks. I can’t recommend Loan.co.uk enough and we now feel so positive about the future. Lee was our initial contact and he was so easy to talk to, he explained everything clearly and was very reassuring throughout. And there was absolutely no pressure at any time. Then we were passed to Stacey who coordinated everything, gathered paperwork etc. She was so responsive and everything was just such a smooth process. Highly recommended!”

“I was sold the dream of a lower payment loan based on current market value of my house, but when the application was processed despite the housing market going up they came In with a lower value for my house and the monthly payments went up. I think this is a ploy to get more money out of us and to put the APR up. Terrible service..”
