“Becky was amazing. She was very efficient at asking for information, also when we replied she sorted it within minutes. I've never dealt with a remortgage as fast as she did. Charlotte was very pleasant and helpfull too. You have two brilliant employees there. Will definitely use your company again in the future.”

“I'm pleased to give Loan.co.uk 5 stars. From the initial discussions with Connor, to the Case Handling of Alice, it felt that they were there to ensure you got the best deal possible. We had a couple of setbacks along the way but nothing to do with Loan.co.uk but what was good, is that they jumped on the case and resolved the issues to ensure we got our re-mortgage through.”

“Easy to deal with and good expertise. I didn’t give 5 stars because of the pressure to upsell to mortgage protection at every point in my customer journey. Whilst I appreciate the offer you were made to feel it was mandatory and it isn’t. So quit with the upselling.”

“Everyone I have dealt with at Loan.co.uk have been incredibly helpful, supportive, kind, and patient. They have taken the time to explain the process and keep careful communication throughout between myself and the lender. This took away any anxiety of applying for quite a large loan and I'm glad I used the help of these guys in the process. All brokers come with a fee and Loan.co.uk's was by far the most reasonable from my experience.”
