“David has been dealing with my application & I cannot sing his praises enough - he has been polite, friendly very helpful & an all round pleasure to deal with !! Any time I needed to contact him there was never a problem - always prompt responses & took his time talking me through everything - he is a five star himself !! “After having a conversation with Jamie at loan.co.uk on Bank Holiday Monday (6th May) re: remortgaging my home I’m stunned that in only 3 days I was issued a mortgage offer. The application went in on 7th May (soft and hard search completed) with a AIP offered and by today 9th May my offer was given. Absolutely brilliant service and communication at every stage from both Jamie and Charlotte.”

“I cannot thank Shak and Lucy enough for their support and professionalism throughout this process. When I initially engaged with the firm, I was not in a position where they could help however, rather than send me away like other firms did, Shak talked me through what would need to change to get me to a place where they could help giving me a clear plan on how to improve my chances. A few weeks later, I was able to pick back up with Shak and move forward with my application. The process moved smoothly from there including an easy handover to Lucy who managed my application brilliantly through to completion keeping me informed every step of the way. I really cannot fault any part of the process. Behind the scenes, the technology used to allow me to upload and sign document was simple and quick and all paperwork and confirmations post completion have arrived a expected. If you are worried about your finances, or feel you are running out of options for help, this is the place to turn to as they do genuinely care about making things better for you.”
