“I submitted a loan query via their website one evening, and Robbie Clarke picked it up and called me the next morning. When we finally got to talking through the requirements and fact finding, I felt that Robbie understood the ask very well. There were documents I had to provide over email which fed into the determination of what products I was eligible for. I had reached out to several brokers, and whilst some of them offered the same products, the broker/packaging fees varied a lot - both at point of application and completion. When I raised this with Robbie, he was motivated to improve the offering loan.co.uk could make, and over a couple days ultimately came with the second best price from my research, by a whisker. He was very pleasant to work with, so I decided to place the business with loan.co.uk. Robbie mostly filled in the application forms from the original fact-find and documents provided to him, I reviewed and gave some tweaks and additional info, and the application was submitted that day. At this point Niki Waite took over as the Case Manager. We liased over the phone and email. She kept things moving with the lender, e.g. prompting them to ask for things they needed from me to keep the application moving forward at pace. It was clear she had a strong communication channel with the lender, and events/actions were confirmed in writing, which was comforting. After the valuation was conducted, the lender returned the offer to Niki, who presented this to me with no delay, which was above my expectations. She also followed up with a phone call. I would happily work with loan.co.uk again in the future. I specifically thank Robbie and Niki for their professionalism in finding the right product/price and all the steps they have taken to promptly get to an offered loan.”

“I cannot recommend Loans.co.uk enough. Initially we were referred to Spencer Last who was efficient and professional and informative. Then our application was passed to Danielle Holland who equally gave a fabulous service . She was efficient and always kept us updated . She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Company and the two named Employees are a credit to them . I would like to also add that we were treated very respectfully and not judged throughout the process .”
