“The process was easy from start to finish. Fees were a little steep, but the reason for going to Loan.co.uk is that I was struggling to find a lender, even though I had excellent credit scores, but complicated finances due to several Buy to let properties.”

“I would highly recommend this company. They never gave up trying to get me the loan I needed. They have saved me money and given me my long awaited dream kitchen. Particular thanks goes to Billy in the early stages and Lauren throughout the final stages. Both were very patient with me being so IT illiterate.”

“The whole process took 6 weeks in total, which was only delayed by our first mortgage provider. Communication with Hannah and her colleagues was excellent and all queries were answered within 24hrs and we were given prompt updates on a regular basis.”
