“I had excellent service from Loan.co.uk - and in particular from Sam Cook, who was very patient and helpful explaining everything to me and answering my questions. He found me and my husband cover to suit our needs, and cheaper than what we originally had in place. We also made enquiries into taking out a secured loan. Even though we didnt proceed with this, the process was explained clearly to us and Danielle kept us in the loop with updates dilligently. Would highly recommend.”

“My wife Sandhya and I (Vinod) are very pleased with the service provided by Lilly Porter at Loan.co.uk. Lilly reviewed my existing policy and provided us with advice and allowed us time to reflect and decide. We decided to go ahead with the new policy as it serves our needs better than our previous policy. Lilly was patient and took time to answer our questions. “From start to completion took less than 2 weeks to remortgage. Everything went very smoothly. Gareth, the initial adviser was efficient and most helpful. The case manager Christine then organised the remortgage. Excellent service. Very friendly approach and completed in the time frame that was set. Very smooth and streamline service. “The company has provided an excellent service from the start to getting the loan through the lender. Sophie had assisted with initial application and options. Later Stacey helped with the loan approval and credit. Both of them communicated really well and answered all the questions I had. The only improvement I would suggest is the breakdown of principal and interest monthly or yearly for customers so they could understand better the interests being charged month over month or year over year is much more transparency.”
