“My experience with loan.co.uk was amazing. The ladies (Ana & Lucy) who dealt with my application were superb. They were in constant contact with guidance and advice and made everything so easy to understand and I knew what to do, when I was supposed to do it. The new process of digital signing documents (which had only been in place a few weeks prior to my application, was a bit of an unknown regarding how it actually worked, but once this has been in place longer and it is fully understood, then there is not one thing about this whole process with loan.co.uk that I can fault. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or left in the dark days on end, I spoke to the ladies at loan.co.uk on a daily basis, often multiple times. Many thanks for everything”

“David has been dealing with my application & I cannot sing his praises enough - he has been polite, friendly very helpful & an all round pleasure to deal with !! “After having a conversation with Jamie at loan.co.uk on Bank Holiday Monday (6th May) re: remortgaging my home I’m stunned that in only 3 days I was issued a mortgage offer. The application went in on 7th May (soft and hard search completed) with a AIP offered and by today 9th May my offer was given. Absolutely brilliant service and communication at every stage from both Jamie and Charlotte.”
