“Amazing service from start to finish. Wasim was so helpful and knowledgable from the beginning, very personable and easy to chat to, he kept me fully informed during the first part of the application. Following this I also had the same amazing service from Stuart who kept me informed every step of the way. We can now start the work we have so desperately been wanting to do and give our children the extra space that they need and deserve, thank you so so much! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, fab, friendly and efficient service!”

“From the first point of contact with Matt through to completion with Leanne nothing was to much trouble for these guys . Communication was superb Even after our mortgage offer Leanne was still contacting us as she knew we had a few hiccups with our solicitor , she was on board with us through to completion She contacted our solicitors for updates even tho her job was already done , Cant fault Loan.co at all”

“Tom Fagan and Lauren Hibbert were absolutely amazing working on our loan. Very thorough and meticulous and treated us as individuals rather than just a number. Worked tirelessly on getting the loan for us. Communication was absolutely superb all the way through from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a loan. These two individuals are a credit to their company.”

“I came to talk with several staff throughout the process of our loan application - each and every one of them were helpful, friendly and super organised. The process of gaining and applying for a large secured loan was significantly less stressful with support. Thanks everyone. I’m now off to buy some posh windows!”

“The process was easy from start to finish. Fees were a little steep, but the reason for going to Loan.co.uk is that I was struggling to find a lender, even though I had excellent credit scores, but complicated finances due to several Buy to let properties.”

“From start to finish I had the best customer service from both Sophia Qureshi & James Darin. I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for us and the help you have given us. I honestly cannot thank you enough. Sophia kept in touch with us throughout even when our loan was passed over to James. James went through everything step by step. They both answered every email and call I gave them even if my questions were stupid. Loan.co.uk are highly recommended by us and I want to thank you again for helping us.”

“Amazing quick and continuous communication from Lauren who was always solution focused, very pleasant and made herself available from beginning of application to completion. The initial consultation with Arran was helpful, honest and reassuring. “Absolutely terrible service, and communication is pretty much non-existent. I would send and 3 or 4 emails asking for updates before any were answered and you can ring 10 times to be told every time that the person you want speak to is on the phone with another customer and they will ring you back straight away, which they never do. My advice to anyone looking to use this company is don't”
