“Cant recommended the team at loan.co.uk anof from start to finish were great even when they couldn't do what we were originally looking the came up with another plan cant recommend them anof from start to finish gareth was fantastic”

“Was being ok until they found out was bit complicated never got back to me after numerous phone call and emails. They make out there to help but really it’s about commission and just disregard you as a client if it’s too much effort for them always say they going to call tiki back but never do would strongly not recommend.”

“Really straightforward process, great communication from whoever picked up the emails or phone call, as a project manager communication is key in all matter whether good or not so good, so to have this level is very much appreciated. “I feel very disappointed at how this company wasted 2 weeks of my life. I dealt with Lisa Blake. Yes she seemed helpful and told me on 2 occasions that she could help with our situation and proceed with a secured loan. However after dragging it out I was told my husband was self employed and we could not proceed with the only lender she had available, although my husband is not classified as self employed, he is a director of a company and salaried every month with payslips to prove this but she insisted he was self employed. Here we are 8 weeks later and we have just successfully completed our secured loan with a much more superior broker who took the time to deal with our more complex situation of what we were trying to do and save a large sum of money each month. So if your situation is a little difficult and not just straight forward this company will tell you no as they just don’t want to be bothered. Lisa told us she looked at every option possible but obviously not....beware of all the good reviews not every one has a good experience with these guys.”

“Simply cannot fault this experience from start to finish. The key was the level of communication which was exceptional. Explaining everything in detail and in plain English. Knowing what was happening and when, made the process very simple. Billy and Lucy were always available, or responded in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend.”

“Kam was great right from the start, always on the ball with returning emails/calls. Explained everything in full, in understandable terms. Was happy to go over things with us a few times and not once made us feel like we were asking to much. He understood the urgency of the situation and was always respectful to my elderly dad. Very kind and professional and cant thank him enough for all his help and understanding.”

“From the first instance the advice was superb, Tom handled all of our questions and found us a suitable product then we were passed over to Lucy who was amazing. Very attentive, friendly and most importantly human. Was there at the end of the phone and email whenever needed and always had the solutions to any issues we had (which were minimal) the whole process from start to finish took 10 days and the service is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone looking to gain finance. Keep up the great work.”
