“I am 100% happy with the service I have received from beginning to end of my loan process. I have never dealt with such a professional company before, they have all made the procedure very smooth for me. If I could give them 6 stars I really would. Mike in particular was extremely helpful with explaining the fee's and going through everything for me. So many companies are not fully honest with you, and there is so many PPI claims out there now that I didn't have a lot of trust at the beginning. Another member of staff named Shanie also helped me complete all my documents, she was great accessibility and always available to speak to. The whole team put my mind to rest including other members of staff I spoke to. Highly recommended. Paul W.”

“Loan.co.uk helped me to downsize and move closer to my daughter and her family after the bank turned me away due to my age and income. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, they helped me and my daughter to understand each step of the process. It was all remarkably stress free! “Dan and tiara from the Bournemouth branch of loan.co.uk have provided us with an excellent, professional and friendly service from day 1. They were able to source more development funding for us than any other broker. Dan has the rare ability to build rapport and trust just from speaking on the phone and it's nice to have a broker who is on your side and fighting for you. “Helped me throughout the process, Hannah kept in touch with me, solving any issues which came up and when there was a problem with royal mail, looked at what they could change in their procedures to prevent this happening again. When Hannah was unavailable, other team members also answered any queries quickly. Thank you for the great service!”

“WE were in the process of buying our new home when the buyer pulled out at the last minute of our house. Our estate agent recommended we contacted Loan.co.uk and my wife and I are pleased that we did. The service was friendly and the team efficient at securing us a loan that menat we could buy our new home and not stress that we didnt have a buyer. We now have a buyer and everything is running smoothly again.”
