“Great customer service by Stacey Hibbert who was my Case Manager and also Ben Salt who completed my initial application. Straight forward process and were always a phone call or email away. For me thats the most important thing when you have many questions. From date of application for a secured loan completion was 16 days. Very satisfied and would definitely use again”

“Best present for New year from the company "Loan". Very co-operative and supportive staff, explained to you all stages, quickly call you back, if any issues with paperwork. Normal prices for lender and broker. Happy with service thank you very much and Happy New year guys.”

“The advisors James and Amy were very knowledgeable on both the product available and also the processes and timescales etc. Kept me up to date very frequently. They were even able to offer a same day courier and signature service as part of the process. Very pleased.”

“The process was made very easy, Matthew Gargett started off the process for me and took all the information he needed to check if I'd be approved for a loan or not, he was very clear and left no areas of confusion for me, he was the main reason I continued the application to completion. After he'd organised the initial application my account was passed over to Jo Tuson who was just as informative and helpful as Matthew. She organised the final process of the loan and dealt direct with the lender up until the point the funds were released to me. On the final day of my application she was off work but had left all the info with her colleague Danielle Holland, who let me know Jo was off work for the day but she would finalise the last little bit of the application, which she did and then updated me quickly. Couldn't be happier with their service, took the worry away from me altogether”

“I contacted Loan.co.uk recently and have found their service to be excellent throughout. The initial contact was with Gavin, who was in touch within an hour of me requesting info on their website. He recommended a product which suited our needs perfectly. Once we had agreed to move forward, Amy took over and was very friendly and helpful, from initial contact through to completion. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she always kept me updated. I also spoke to other people at Loan.co.uk, when Amy was unavailable and everyone was also friendly & very helpful. We completed successfully and the lender paid out within a few hours of receiving the paperwork via post. We are very happy with the service from Loan.co.uk and would recommend them to anyone!”
