“exelent workmen they never stoped Working not even for a drink and they Did a first class job and took the time To explain everything about how it workes I can honestly recommend LMF and the men that work for them I do not know how to upload a video or I would just to show how good it looks just take my word”

“Solar panels fitted to my house in next to no time. They worked very hard, very efficiently, very quickly and left it very clean and tidy with a thorough explanation of what was what. 11 out of 10”

“LMF seem to be a very good company. The Installation went well, although one of their Fitters, told me that our Energy Company(British Gas), would be contacting us, regarding the Installation of the Solar Panels. Today, approx two months later, LMF phoned me and asked if we were happy with the Installation? I said "Yes" and asked when my Energy Company will be contacting us? Claire said that "I" need to contact British Gas, quoting a special Code Number, that is on Page 13 of their Completion Pack. Now I know this, I will contact British Gas. Thanks LMF and thank you Claire, you are a real asset to LMF!”

“From survey to install the whole process was faultless . We were a little reluctant to purchase solar panels initially but felt it was the right time due to the rise in energy prices . LMF explained the whole process and discussed how much we’re going to be saving on our energy bills . They also offered us a finance option which worked well for us . Highly recommend. Surveyed and installed within a week too ! Thanks guys .”

“The first contact I had with them was from a fella telling me it was a free service, which was true then he chucked in a bribe. I was to get £80 cash 'for my troubles'. Quite frankly he had no need to lie to me as the cash was unimportant. I really do not like liars however!! The rest of the service, certainly the installation was awesome, faultless, just a shame that initially I was lied to.”

Good Morning Phil , Having looked into this the company you dealt with before the job was passed to us was NDT Southwest . LMF Energy Services are only the installer. We have no involvement with your property prior to the job being passed us for install . We have installed thousands of energy-efficient measures under numerous government grant schemes and not once have we paid , bribed or lied to any of our customers. Why anyone would pay customers to have a free service is beyond me ?! I'm assuming from your wrath that you didn't accept said bribe ? I have contacted NDT this morning to discuss and i'm waiting for a response. Let's just say that anger you've demonstrated in your comments pales in comparison to mine after i read this review today . That being said it's clear from your feedback that you were happy with the install that LMF carried out which is really lovely to hear . I can only hope that anyone who reads your review also takes the time to read my response as comments such as this can be detrimental to businesses such as ours who work exceptionally hard to provide a first class service. Although we are a national installer we are a family run business with values to match . Our reputation is incredibly important to us. We value all customer feedback whether good or bad and it's evident from our responses to other reviews that we always hold our hands up when we get things wrong . On this occasion however i can safely say without a shadow of a doubt that we didn't get it wrong ! Our service in your own words was " awesome " and " faultless " . As a director of the business i take all feedback incredibly personally so for that reason i feel it's only fair to anyone from LMF who was involved with your install , to override your 2 stars to a 5 . “LMF completed my solar panel installation and I can say from start to finish, it has been a professional and pleasant service with excellent communication and a high-quality panels, they have also installed bird netting and completed a new EPC. I would highly recommend using them.”

Good Morning Michael , I can only aplogise for the lack of communication . We are currently in the process of recruiting further admin staff to due to the rapid growth of our Solar department and although this is no excuse i'm hoping this will explain why we may have fallen short on this occasion . With regards to the netting im afraid this is not something we have ever offered as there is no funding available for this service on the Scheme . I have looked into this for you and there is a local company that can Bird proof your solar panels . We arent perfect and can't get things right 100% of the time but i can assure you that your valued feedback will be utilised productivley to improve our services .
