“Our 7 PV panels and storage battery were installed in December. The technical support and advice provided was extremely helpful and there was no pressure to commit. Once agreement had been reached the 'back office' team kept us informed of progress and key dates. The scaffold and instillation teams arrived on time and did a great job. Excellent price Overall, a great customer experience.”

“Very pleased with the service provided and functioning of the panels. Installation carried out on time and all the people involved were professional and courteous. Would recommend. Paperwork for registering to receive payment for generated electricity seemed to take a while to come through but maybe this is normal.”

“I had a long drawn out transaction to get the solar panels fully installed and connected and to receive any benefit. Spent hours on the phone having to chase every aspect. Scaffolding was up for weeks. It was a very stressful experience. Double glazingbwould have been more beneficial.”
