“Really great product, my rabbits and guinea pigs love this hay, I wouldn't want to change it as there is no waste, and no plastic bags to have to throw away, they really think about the environment with their packaging, it's all recyclable.”

Sorry to hear your pets found our Timothy Hay to be too coarse, the roughness of the hay is what makes it great for dental wear and digestive health. If your pets prefer a softer cut of hay we would recommend trying Cotswold Sweet. If your pets would like to try and sample of our Cotswold Sweet or Silky Soft Hay for free please email us with your order number and we will gladly arrange this for you to try and rectify the situation.
