“Lots of great stuff. I am not in England so I can't order online. That's a bit annoying, but they are quick to respond to an email, quick sending... friendly mails. I always get my order quickly (ish considering postal services these days) always dangerous to go on their site, really so many great things we could always use....”

“Service is good but it's impossible to buy one or two cards as needed and I was forced to spend £40 extra on mount boards I did not need. This is unacceptable for a small business.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your order and feedback. Previous experience when sending out less than 10 sheets of mount boards has shown they would not arrive to you in the condition hoped for. You can by all means mix the mount boards with others if they are the same size, or if you speak to one of our sales team at point of order, we can add the mount board with other backing boards if it is viable? “Good product and good service, with a very prompt dispatch and delivery to NZ. My only criticism would be that I didn't feel the goods were best packed so as to minimise freight to NZ, resulting in a freight component considerably more than the cost of the goods. From other import experiences this could have been avoided (I don't want to pay freight on a box full of plastic air bubbles!). That said, I'll be using Lion again soon so will see if this aspect can be improved upon”
