There are changes happening which I think are perfectly acceptable but there are a lot of framers out there who do not like changes at all. “Packaging and brochure. In summary - The goods were ok, but the delivery is disappointing. Why pack a simple order in an oversize box with brochures. Weight of brochure 1.35kg Weight of goods 600g Cost of shipping £6.95 - that is too expensive for a simple order. It could have been put in a Jiffy bag. Not in a large box labelled Eco friendly. I bought on line - If you'd like me to have 1.35kg of brochure then give me the option not to pay the shipping cost. So, hanks for the promo code for free shipping on the next order. But, I am not a commercial customer, I last bought for a gallery some years ago, and that was over the counter at the Uxbridge outlet. best wishes, Ed”
