“I'm very impressed with the wide range of stock you supply, which will enable me to get everything I need without too much shopping around. However, I was disappointed I couldn't add to my large first order without incurring a delivery charge - some human intervention would've been welcome.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. You can add to your order as long as we haven't picked and packed your order already. Orders placed before 12 we aim to despatch the same day - therefore they can be super quick in the warehouse! Best regards, Lion.

“Excellent service. Recently converted to chop service - very good - saves on building up off-cuts/waste. Packaging of chop service is near perfect - no damage in 10 deliveries. Only bind is having to order minimum 10 sheets of mount board.”

“Often good, often dodgy. Range okay, prices okayish, service variable. Trade counter sometimes undermanned, a perennial problem; then if you choose delivery instead of collecting at the trade counter there's the risk of getting faulty stuff, usually moulding. There's also a seemingly standard practice of splitting deliveries over a couple of days meaning jobs can't be completed until part two arrives. The there are the maddening rules about what they will and won't deliver... irritating commercial arrogance?”

“very good frame but as 3 lenths ordered colour match could have been better. I know its hard to match wood veneers as have been a joiner for over 50 years, Excellent delivery received Monday many thanks peter”

“Goods were waiting for me at the collection point. All good so far. I noticed that one package (pulp board) was torn but, being only pulp board, I didn't worry too much about that. But when I opened the package at home, I found I was 1 sheet short (9 instead of 10). Have notified Lion of this yesterday but am still waiting for a reply and remedy.”

“My poor refers to the packaging of the mouldings sent. The box was too big so the moulding rattled around inside causing the packaging to burst and ruining the end of the mouldings - fortunately not a disaster since I had over ordered !”
