“I have been trying to source some Daler mountboard online for weeks and nobody stocked what I wanted. I contacted Daler Rowney direct and was given Lion's details. Within the week I have exactly what I need. I'm beside myself with joy!! Thanks mucho. I'll definitely be back.”

“I've always found the customer services staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would prefer if there wasn't a minimum order of £50 for moulding as I sometimes only need one length.”

“Hello, I have just recently started to deal with Lion after a lapse of some 15 years or so. My recent order was dealt with professionally and quickly as it was on my earlier dealings, but when I received my delivery the package was squashed and damaged. However, I opened the package in front of the courier and found everything well wrapped and packed to perfection, no damage done. Thank you.”

“I telephoned to tell LION that I has accidentally been sent the wrong product. I wanted to ask for a replacement product for the item I had originally ordered. LION offered to sent me the product I had originally ordered and said I could keep the product I had accidentally received, although I offered to return it. The customer sales rep. was very kind and went out of her way to help me.”

“I have used Lion a few times. You can't always find all the things they have on their website, but dig around and you will be surprised. I used their chop service for the first time on 6 frames. Their mouldings are really nice quality. The chop service was spot on making it very easy to put the frames together. Definitely to be used again.”
