“I purchased a Logan Classic mount (or mat) cutting tool and 10 sheets of mount card. My wife is an artist and I wanted to be able to put her work in frames myself. The mount cutter is very good, easy to use with some very clear instructions. The card sheets were big and I had to cut them in half for practical home storage although they are still big enough for my purposes. The minimum order is 10 sheets @ £9.45 each. The order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, thank you.”

“First-class service as always. Matt was very helpful with an equipment demo. My only complaint is about the demise of the counter service. I can understand why you stopped it but a click-and-collect service would be really useful for those of us who live locally”

“It felt like dealing with real human beings, that were trying to help, not just seeing me as a revenue stream, and there's no way to put a number on that: it's priceless. Great products, huge stock, well priced (I'm a Yorkshireman, so I know about these things) and great customer service. It was a one-stop shop for my first endeavours cutting mattboard for framing my photography. Happy to recommend this great company.”

“I have been a customer of Lion framing for a year or so, and found the service brilliant. The staff on sales are really helpful and friendly and have in depth knowledge if products. First rate delivery too. Can't fault Lion framing”

“I’m new to framing and when looking for moulding, Lion’s name always came top of search engines. So I was a bit dubious ( he who shouts loudest…) But I’ve since ordered moulding and equipment from them and have been quite astonished at the service. Nearly every moulding order has arrived the next day. The few times I’ve needed advice I’ve had an instant reply on email or got great help on the phone. I’ve not tried any other suppliers as yet, but right now I can’t see why I should.”

“Amazingly good service. I live offshore in Orkney and with winter storms meaning cancelled ships, I was expecting delays at best. The goods turned up all well packed and undamaged in record time. And dispatched the same day. Well done.”

“The product is excellent and well packaged. However no delivery timeframe was provided by the courier (DX) and consequently delivery occurred while I was out. The package was left down the side of the house and no note was left to inform me. I therefore discovered the package by accident. The subsequent delivery email showed as being signed for which is a blatant lie. Suggest you contract with a reliable courier.”
