“The brochures are full of information to assist you in choosing the right product. I ordered on line and it was a fabulous system allowing time to consider your order or adjust it if necessary before making payment. I received messages to keep me updated on the progress of the delivery and my goods arrived, extremely well packaged in very quick time!”

“Lion offer a top service from start to finish. Their website is easy to use and they are super helpful in person or on the phone, orders always arrive quickly and well packed, and samples and chevrons are provided on request. They stock a really good range of products and are good at providing tips and information on using things. Absolutely no complaints here!”

“Having visited Lion South over many years, It was with some trepidation that I placed my first on-line order with B/Ham [which, for me, is much less convenient to get to] . The experience was first-class - the website easy - and a speedy delivery, well packed. Thank-you Lion! Just have to sort a quality issue with 3 lengths of bare wood moulding. “Excellent service in arranging my first order from all the staff in Birmingham plus good advice as to what extras I need for the equipment I was though told I would be notified when the delivery was due, however, the local Belgian delivery guy just turned up - it was lucky my wife was in. She received 7 packages and I will open and check them when we arrive in Lithuania in 10 days time. A couple of the packages were holed where they had been carried incorrectly but I do not think there is any damage to equipment there-in. I will confirm in due course.”
