“Recently purchased a compressor and staple gun and blow gun. Will at lion advised myself what stuff I would need to operate the tools. Very helpful. Also I use Lions chop moulding service and I am impressed as to how much effort goes into the packaging as it arrives safely and well packed each time .....fj”

“Polite, relaxed, helpful . . . . is how I found the nice sales lady that I spoke to on my first contact with Lion, as was the gentleman I spoke to later. My order arrived the next morning, well packed and as ordered, the samples arrived four days later. All in all a good experience.”

“Normally an excellent service, but on this occasion no receipt given or indication of delivery notified. Parcel was left in communal entry and no one actually rang my doorbell. Had to carry heavy parcel up three flights, when I eventually discovered it by accident.”

Good morning Margaretann, Thank you for your review and our apologies for the issues with your latest delivery. We will enquire with the Glasgow depot as to why they have 1. Not rang the bell and 2. Not tried to contact yourself before leaving the goods. The carriers aren’t required to obtain a signature upon delivery at the moment due to the pandemic and this is causing occasional problems.
