“We have been customers for over 20 years. This order hasn't gone smoothly. One of your telephonists hung up on my wife when she was trying to establish how the replacement frame was different to the one we have used extensively. We redialed and fortunately Tracey was available. Over the years she has been unfailingly helpful and friendly. I signed for our order and received one box which says one of one. The box containing the chop service hasn't arrived. I have a witness who saw me carry in what I received. We need the frames by the end of this week which Tracey has promised to arrange. This is all unfortunate because over the years we have received excellent service including from Nicola Harrold herself.”

“Excellent service,fast delivery,and a great selection, only drawback is that minimum order is £50 excl vat and postage which as a small business when I only want a small amount to complete a job can be a struggle to make the required amount.”

“Supplied me with good quality large scale mount board at a reasonable price. Delivery was prompt and I was given notice of when to expect the delivery. One item I received had been damaged in transit, but Lion kindly agreed to partially refund me, which I was very happy with. I was very satisfied with Lion as a company.”

“The website is easy to navigate, the description and details of the products were correct and the products arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Service was prompt, although I ordered at the weekend, it was confirmed on the Monday morning and delivered first thing on the Wednesday morning in the North-east of Scotland.”

“I booked a Monday morning demonstration of an Inmes pneumatic underpinner with Jack and Mark and was thoroughly impressed with the technical knowledge and customer service displayed by both. So much so I immediately bought the underpinner and by lunchtime the next day Jack had installed the new machine in my shop. A couple of days later I had a slight issue with the machine, phoned Jack who talked me through a couple of checks and was back up and running straight away. I have always been impressed with Lion since my first contact with them 20 years ago and this recent experience has only reinforced that.”
