“Every order I make seems to arrive early the next day. You beat the record last week. I ordered a pack of greyboard in the afternoon and the delivery man was knocking on my door at 8.30 the next morning. The fact I was fast asleep at the time hasn't spoilt my appreciation of your service !”

“The sales staff at Lion have always been very friendly, efficient and helpful. The quality of the product is invariably perfect, when there was a problem, which was once is many years, the response was to replace the fault immediately again with out fuss. Lion have been and I trust will continue to be a company which a customer can trust and is happy to come back to.”

“-I like the new single min spend. - quality mostly good - excelleny frame choice - quick turnaround - easy to order through web - custmer service excellent Note: - Occasionally I find that the quality/consistency of certain mouldings compaired to sample chevrons is lower - I do feel some of the mouldings are overpriced”

“Well. The staff on tge sales counter are very pathetic indeed. Constantly cursing himself, not knowing how to use the till software and eventually not charging me for everything i actually purchased on the day. He also did not know about basic products properly.”
