“My first order… delivered quickly but only one of 5 mount boards arrived (these things happen). Lion staff very helpful and got the missing boards next day, very impressed with their customer service.”

“I needed to ask about some sizes for slips over the phone on a Monday and my query was dealt with very promptly by an exchange of emails in the morning. My subsequent order for framing kits through the Chop Service was made that afternoon and the delivery received on Tuesday morning - even though I hadn't asked for next day delivery! I've been buying from Lion for nearly 20 years now and, once again, the service has been exemplary. I always recommend Lion to fellow artists.”
