“I received an order which was delivered yesterday but upon opening found some damage which I reported in an email yesterday. To this point (10.45am 1 Sep) I have had no response to my email. Please let me know if it was not received and I will resend. This is not the first incidence of damage and is often a result of poor care by carriers and their sub-contractors.”

“When I lived in the West Midlands, as a working artist, I could just pop down to Lion and top up with framing products and lengths of moulding when needed. Now living right over in East Anglia, I am a big fan of the Chop Service. Now I order very accurate pre-cut lengths of the moulding of my choice. They arrive with extraordinary packing and all I now have to do is joint and paint my frames. An excellent service - which I heartily recommend to my students and fellow artists over here.”

“I wanted to avoid making holes in recently plastered walls in my home, which led to researching hanging systems. Google search brought up lots of companies - more confusion! I saw systems I liked in use in local charity shop and art gallery (Stas) and both companies used Lyon. Emailed Lyon with some basic questions and got very helpful replies from Tracey Eden, which included relevant pages from catalogue. Catalogue was delivered next day. Rang to request samples of two picture hooks and spoke with Darren, who was very helpful and hooks arrived following day at no cost. I am now putting together my order. Very Impressed with products and service and have already recommended Lyon to my friends who are also interested in returning to picture rails. Thank you.”
