“Lion take a lot of beating in my view. The product quality and price are excellent and the customer service is first class. Speed of delivery etc is brilliant and they are my first choice for all,of my framing requirements.”

“I always place my orders online so there is no customer / staff contact. Having said that I always find the whole process very easy and deliveries are made promptly. The carrier is a regular one and we normally get the same very obliging driver. The only problem is that we don't always get a Lion bar in the package !1”

“This is a gift so don't have feedback on actually using the contents. However the service was excellent, goods arrived quickly. My only criticism is the packaging. I try to be as plastic free as I can, and felt this was over packaged.”

“This was a disappointing experience as it was my first time buying from LION with the intention of using your mount board regularly, if the quality and delivery was good enough. The delivery came as expected, however, unfortunately when the parcel arrived the box was already open, polystyrene protectors missing and the contents popping out of the box with the ends of the mount board bent and knocked. Due to the urgency of having to use the board (the areas that were not damaged) I had to continue with the remaining material instead of sending it back. Disappointing when I had been recommended by a regular customer.”
