“I am happy to write a review because you have given me such good service over the years. Occasionally things go wrong and you have sorted problems immediately and efficiently and with no quibble. Reliable next day deliveries have allowed me to to be super efficient with my customer needs, however urgent. Nowadays my best customers require the best possible service and I am able to do this with Lion's help. Thank you.”

“Ordering online is easy, quick and stress free. Even more impressive is the speed at which orders are processed and despatched for delivery. My most recent order was ordered online on a Friday and delivered to me at 0830 on the Monday morning (in central Scotland) . This coupled with very reasonable delivery charges for small order quantities) makes Lion my first choice for all of my framing supplies. Excellent service - I rarely go anywhere else! (Very) Satisfied Customer”

“On Tuesday 10 May I ordered 12 chop aluminium frames, which I said I needed for late the following week. You had enough in stock to send 3 and the rest on Friday13 May when you got your delivery. By Monday 16 May as the exhibition was very close and I had not received even the first 3 I phone only to be told that there were none in stock last Tuesday and your delivery was not due for another week. I had been left expecting a delivery which was not going to happen and my customer would have missed the exhibition. I was offered a very suitable alternative which came the next day free of the delivery charge. Your first response was incompetent and thoughtless and had I not phoned I would have looked stupid and lost a customer. Your second response was perfect and I have now calmed down a bit.”

“I am very disappointed with the closure of Lion South that now makes it not very cost effective to order mouldings and card from you as I used to collect as I am based in Berkshire. A £50 minimum order with mouldings and 10 sheets of card will only delay my customers work if I don't get enough frames or card selected from Lion. My other suppliers allow any quantity of moulding below £50 and any number of card. O n a positive note your hardware is of good quality and your returns for damaged goods speedy. I have been in business for 16 years and have always used Lion in the past. I bought my framing equipment from you when I started. I was disappointed to have my account removed a few years ago as I paid by card which means that you have no purchase history and therefore my loyalty with Lion isn't acknowledged so I don't feel that important when it comes to sales. The chop service is ok but with higher pricing, it makes you less attractive with the competition. I have now found other suppliers for my mouldings and card.”

“I have had very good results with printing onto inkjet anvas and then using the Photo Bloks. the result is outstanding and I am very pleased. (please exuse typos - the (letter between b and d) on my keyboard had stopped working. Time for a new omputer - I've worked this one to death.”

“Needed a small part and I had never gone directly to Lion in the past. Called through and despite the cost being way lower than minimum order value, the friendly lady I spoke to put in the post and it arrived the next day and saved me having an upset customer! The next day, another supplier let me down badly and I called through with a larger order. Despite the call being made about 14:45 which is well after the 13:00 deadline for next day delivery, the man I spoke to managed to get my order picked and dispatched that afternoon and delivery was duly made around 10:30 the next, saving my bacon once again. I really couldn't have asked for better service.”
