“Very quick turnaround from online order to delivery of goods. Mountboard selection arrived in its usual cardboard box but with minor damage to one corner of contents. Nothing to worry or complain about however as its great to have a mix of mountboards in smaller quantities and you have to expect this sometimes with carriage companies.”

“LION PFS would have scored very happy but for the first time ever (this week) they failed to fulfil a next day delivery This left me without stock for a Christmas Fair and I lost valuable sales. However, over the years I have been a customer they have always provided excellent service.”

“"Orders arrive promptly and mouldings are extremely well packaged.\r\nAny problems are dealt with courteously and efficiently.\r\nI cannot fault the customer service team." My only criticism would be that the postage and packing has VAT added. I feel it would be better if it is added after VAT even if it costs more. I do feel a little cheated this way round.”
