“Moulding arrived undamaged and promptly. Easy online ordering. However, some of the corners of the mountboards were quite damaged. I didn't really find what I was looking for in mouldings 40 mm plus and no stock in two that I was interested in!”

“That goes back to the late seventies I think when I used to drive to Birmingham from Somerset. Often I was served by Mr. Harrold himself and he demonstrated my first mount cutter. I also bought two guillotines and a wall mounted glass cutter. Lion try harder to get framers what they want- and they try it all out, and describe it' pro's and cons. The only reason you haven't heard much from me for a couple of years is because we were doing huge alterations and rebuilding. I will have been self employed consistently for sixty years in 2019 and I expect Lion has been going just as long?”

“Prompt ordering and delivery, but on the downside the Minerva range is not good, loads of discontinued lines to the point I'm going to have to move to Mainline to get what you have discontinued”

Dear Rob Thank you for your feedback on the service here at Lion. With regards to the problems you have faced with discontinued mouldings especially on the Minerva range. we have recently had to review this product range and line and reduce the amount we stock. Mainly to make way for newer Minerva ranges and remove some of the more slower selling lines. Sometimes certain colours in a range sell really well but unfortunately the whole range maybe a much slower seller hence for the deletion. Dear Gulsen Thank you for your feedback on the service experience with Lion. My apologies for the service you had from one of our carriers Tuffnell's. Unfortunately we need to use them to deliver our deliveries which contain items such as mountboard, moulding and items over 1.5 meters in length as our regular carriers DPD we not expect these type of order. I will pass this information on to Tuffnells regarding your delivery but in future if you have any issues with deliveries do not hesitate to contact us here in the sales office and we can hopefully resolve the issue. warmest regards Julia
