“Superb service. The pre-cut frame arrived extremely quickly and I was even sent a spare hanging kit on a next day delivery when the courier forgot to deliver the first one with the frame. Thank you!”

“Bit of a hitch at the checkout that they were not able to resolve and had to log out and compile the order again. However, all items delivered promptly and in good order. I think that next day charge is set as a default which was an extra cost as I didn't need it so fast. As I had been so long compiling the order [twice] I neglected to check postage”

“The quality of service from Lion is outstanding, second to none in my view and I have used a number of suppliers for my small business. My business is small in comparison to some but nonetheless they are happy to provide a first class service with usually next day delivery for materials. Several times I ordered late in the afternoon one day and got the order next day, in Scotland.”
