“Quality, choice and range of mouldings. That said, deleted mouldings occur more frequently that I would like as this removes the opportunity for repeat orders for similar work. The reduction of spend necessary to achieve a nil carriage charge is an excellent adjustment. The Supplies catalogue is a brilliant emporium for browsing. The withdrawal of the supplies shelves which were replaced by the sales counter was (excuse the pun) counter productive as I enjoyed impulse buying! All back counter staff should be reminded that 100% care is necessary when handling mouldings/mountboard. Customers will not welcome even the smallest blemish on their frames and dealing with returns is time consuming and costly for all.”
