“The delivery arrived first thing unannounced despite my being told I would receive an email. My order consisted of 3 parcelsl 2 small and 1 large. The small parcels were located quickly but the large parcel was at the back of load so the van had to be half emptied before it was found. The driver apologised and said he didn't load the vehicle. There was no problem with the contents of any parcel. As a small trader I have normally called and collected my order and find this much better than having goods delivered. I do hope you are able to open your trade counter when the lockdown ends. I find the amount of waste packaging unacceptable. Regards Andrew .”

“Delivery was longer than usual. Package was damaged and left outside. Courier tracker stated delivery but was then delayed a day. Fortunately, mount board was not damaged. I appreciate that this is a courier issue and not Lion directly.”

Good morning Clive, Sorry about that and thank you for reporting the issues. I know carriers are not requiring signatures at the moment due to covid but that’s no excuse to leave goods outside and open to the elements when not authorised to do so. If you ever receive a delivery with damage items you can let us know via phone, email, webchat or WhatsApp and we will look to resolve ASAP. Thanks again, George – Lion team

“Always got good stock. If a product is going end of line and we use often such as a particular moulding is it possible to tell us in advance? Often get 2 deliveries for 1 order bit of a waste of your money and not good for environment?”
