“The people who answer the phone are always friendly,unlike another framing supplier I also use.Im not a pro framer,i only frame my own art so sometimes I have to ask a few questions and your staff are always helpful.Its a shame you don't stock larger sheets of glass( that's why I use another supplier) and it's a shame your Hayes branch closed. But overall I'm happy,the supplies come well wrapped,the order is always correct and in the past you have included a pack of Smarties(nice touch,more chocolate please if you can) The catalogue is great...and I appreciate each new one being sent to me (it's a costly exercise to post all those catalogues...so thanks)”

“After receiving some damaged goods last year I received a credit note. This year I just used thisamount. Craig and Nicola wee so helpful and shipped out my goods request the very next day. Great service. I have used Luon for many years and will continue to do so because of great customer care. Roger in Germany.”

“The moulding was packaged well as usual. The mountboard was not however and was damaged. Packaged with Polystyrene at both ends and the placed in a large box the bound obviously flexed in transit and corners were damaged ( it was usable but had to remove a good 10cm from the board I have used. The boxes for the mountboard and the backing board were also damaged in transit - holes ( see my signed delivery message indicating 'Damaged boxes')- they had obviously been thrown around in transit. I have photos if required. I think I may well be using a different supplier for my boards in the future as don't want to risk the time wasted in getting damaged boards replaced.”

“I used to like the 'old' Lion with the opportunity to browse mouldings serendipitously. . I guess H & S probably curtailed this feature of the experience... I'm a 'creative' framer, often trying out new solutions and picking up on trends from our American cousins, most recently using slips to reveal the artwork as a distinct 'border' to the frame. I've noted that one of your most popular lines 'Bianco' has been dropped. I'll have to go elsewhere to find it I guess?”
