“Mostly order online - easy to do so and speedy e-mail responses advising of status of order and thereafter delivery / tracking details. Very quick delivery of orders and never have any problem with quality of goods. Only had one minor problem with damaged moulding (chop service) but that was a long time ago and it was promptly and efficiently dealt with. Good customer service when 'phoning with questions about products or samples. A very good company to deal with.”

“Ordering items is both easy and efficient. As a customer in Germany, my questions and e-mail orders are always actioned immediately by the Lion sales team. Delivery is problem-free and always as arranged. Any order concerns or issues are always dealt with swiftly and effectively. “Nothing went wrong with the staff. They are always polite and helpful. It's the restrictions when ordering. For a small framer £30 minimum order for a chop service or consumables and £50 for lengths is unsustainable. If l'm paying for delivery then what's the problem? I am in the south and having used Lion in Hayes, l now feel like an unvalued customer. I have spent a lot of money with Lion. Your competitors are much more flexible and offer excellent customer service.”

“We use the moulding chop service frequently. While we've had a couple of mishaps the team always do the right thing and correct them quickly and without any hassle. The team are excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. The chop service is just what we need for our artwork, there is no competition !”
