“The web form is very confusing . On the SUB25 chop service for Aluminium, both types of cut - square cut and mitre cut say they come as mitre cut. So I ordered the wrong kind of cut. I wanted it mitre cut and it came as square cut. This needs to be rectified on the website as the difference between ordering square vs mitre is not clear at all. Now I have over £200 of aluminium I can’t use.”

“Been using Lion Framing for a while now. The chop service is perfect for me and installation is easy. Their frames give my art work the extra wow factor for my buyers. If there ever is any problems or questions they are quick to respond. Couldn't ask for more! Best in the business!”

“All arrived well packed. My Exhibition isn't until December but everything looks good - one of the Newly Hooks was broken (the tiny round black seal was missing). Will be needing more hooks for an Exhibition in February. My new website, email and other social media accounts will be up and running next week, will send yo them. Thank you for your help. Lorna”

“Delivery expensive and not very good. still waiting for second half of my order now two days overdue. Tracking only gives update of 10th Sept (it is now the 15th). Delivery you use does not give a delivery day. Just turn up and hope you in !!”
