“I like the range of products you have in stock and the ease of ordering online, so I can get most of what Ii need I one place at a reasonable price. The website is easy to use and it's useful to have a paper catalogue as well. I like that I can save my favorite products in my account. It was not advantageous to pay directly in euro as the prices didn't reflect the actual exchange rate. On both occasions I've ordered from you I've been let down by the local courier in Ireland failing to deliver goods which has caused a lot of inconvenience and ruined an otherwise positive experience. However your customer service has been quite helpful in resolving the issues.”

“Lion's customer service is excellent. I only make small orders but any queries or infrequently damaged items are replaced with no quibbles and next day delivery. Also their new website is very user friendly, I would recommend them every time.”

“I will not be doing business with lion again..... The attitude of the gentleman Mr Allen Willocks was disgraceful huffing and puffing saying I've already made out the invoice ( this was because I wanted chopping ) oh I don't know I've just made out the invoice over and over again..... I wanted other items but because of this mans attitude I just wanted out .. I had travelled a long distance ( Meriden) ..... But won't be doing the journey again.... G.L.COSIER”

“Overall good service and a fairly comprehensive range from a descent established company. One of the items on my order was not in stock so I was contacted quickly to see how I wanted my order processed, i.e. all at once at a later date, or in stages. Shame they closed the London Branch.”
