“I'm very happy with the quality of the products, my order was ready to collect upon arrival and staff member was very helpful. I ordered online and the only trouble was, one of the items I'd ordered was out of stock when I arrived to collect. Would have been useful to have received an email alert that this was the case so I could have checked out possible alternatives.”

“You cannot get away from the fact that Lion offer the very highest levels of support, product range and convenience for all your framing needs. As a small one man band framer, I have been treated as if I were a large high spending account, with flexibility and speed of deliveries. This to me, when working on a 'just in time' basis is a crucial requirement. When I have ever had the need to speak to any of the staff, I have always found then receptive, supportive and helpful. On the the odd occasion where there has been an issue, it has been dealt with on a no fuss basis and resolved with immediate affect. No stress, no fuss, that is what I want in a supplier.
