Hi Tony Thank you for your feedback. We have now started to trial a scheme and have introduce letting moulding orders under the £50 mark go through our system and gaining feedback from our customers as to weather the delivery was successful in arriving in one piece. The moulding is sent out at your own risk and of course if the goods did arrive damaged we would not be able to replace these items but so far feedback has been good on goods arriving well and in good condition. “Wide range of equipment and material - very good range of mount-boards. Delivery and dispatch are always efficient, and you are always updated if something is out of stock and on order to be able to make an informed decision. I regularly return to Lion since first using them six years ago. Very positive experience all round.”

“My request for mount board for calligraphy is probably not common but you politely and patiently answered all my questions so therefore I ordered from you. Delivery was fast and cheap but sadly some board was damaged in transit and after speaking to Tracey she assured me that the damaged goods would be credited back to me. Although I didn't receive all my goods in one piece your team from pre order to aftersales were brilliant, thank you and I look forward to future business with your company”
