“Each year when the general catalogue arrives I have enjoyment marking items we have purchased before for ease of re-ordering or experimentation with those we haven't. A little less enjoyment when updating price increases. The favourites on the website is kept up-to-date to facilitate fast ordering as sometimes happens even with the best stock control! Delivery is within 2-3 days and I don't recall many if any damages apart from external dents (usually to heavy boxes) over some 18 years due to internal wrapping.”

“First class service ; webchat helped resolve/bypass online account set up difficulty; take order for retail single item; service department spoke clearly and listened attentively, took payment details; product despatched same day, received next day, with delivery time slot notified. “I am a new customer but have found Lion to be brilliant so far. I am loving the clearance offers seeing as we are still practicing framing. Looking forward to sampling the amazing range if mouldings in the catalogue too. The people on the phone have been extremely helpful and friendly with advice too.”

“Was amazed at the turn around time from order to delivery. As I ordered chop thought would take longer. They were very helpful with all my quires on email. Really happy with the chop service and products I purchased.”

“Disappointed that lion deleted the minerva mouldings in one fell swoop and forgot to let framers know . I have so many customers want the same minerva moulding as I used over a period of time but have to tell them they are now unavailable with few substitutes available on the market locally beginning to look for another range . Simons/ arcadia/mainline etc but lead time is extended to 2 / 3 weeks instead of a few days .”

“Well what a fabulous company Lion Picture Framing Supplies are! When I telephoned for advice the woman on the other end of the phone was incredibly helpful. When I went to the click and collect desk the man there was super helpful and very friendly. And the range of frames are actually incredible! A fabulous business in the heart of Birmingham- felt good to be dealing with such a great British business. Thank you Lion”

“No need to pay ridiculous prices the picture framers charge. With care and a few tools you can make a tray frame for almost a 10th of the price. Lion service was reliable, choice of mouldings good. The only think that irked me was having to order more than £50 of things to qualify (excluding the VAT). Of course if you live in Birmingham, you can collect.”
