You order the boards regularly and it’s the main reason we do the 10 sheets minimum is to be able to pack/send those safely. “The online chat was super helpful and polite - they later got back to me by email with another question answered. However I wasn't keen on the lengths being rounded up, and me being charged an extra £1.44 I didn't autorize - I only noticed when looking at my account. It's not a lot of money, but It's put me off.”

Good morning, Thank you for your order and leaving a review. On the rounding up we do only send full lengths. With it being a natural product this can vary even across a batch. We do try and be as transparent about that as possible. Information should be on every moulding product page and on your order confirmation email. We recommend you enter the minimum required meterage to complete your job when ordering. Alternatively, we do offer a chop service where you’d be sent exactly what’s required mitred to size ready to join/assemble. Thanks again, Kind Regards, Lion Team

“Easy to order (and therefore to spend money!). However, for an amateur framer like me it isn't easy to make up the minimum 10 sheets of mountboard/backing board. I wish you would do float glass too!”

“You would have 5 stars if you'd used Parcelforce instead of DPD. I think my first review failed, so this may be a repeat. There was no option from DPD to choose a safe place to leave the parcel and no clue as to when it would arrive. I missed the delivery on day 1 and had to wait in next day. Their text messages just didn't arrive until the day after I got the parcel, and then they all came at once.”
