“Excellent customer service, comprehensive product offering, minimum order for free delivery a little high compared to others. Packaging has improved but still needs attention, main issues are too much banding tape (small boxes do not need it) banding too tight and too liberally applied on mouldings, can cause damage. Package still separates occasionally.”

“I think it took too long to dispatch the samples after I ordered them. I phoned on Monday or Tuesday but they were dispatched on Friday & they haven't arrived yet (Saturday). Also, it's v inconvenient that the shop is no longer open on Saturday. It means taking a day off work to visit.”
