“Always very helpful on the phone - send top quality chevron samples free of charge, beautifully packed - deliveries generally packed to a very high standard to take care of the contents - good attention to detail - feels like a solid, knowledgable company and offering a better service than competitors in my view”

“Both my mum and myself placed an order for similar items a couple of days apart. I placed my order first, however my mum received her order first. When I called to ask and check more than anything that everything was ok with my order, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and reassuring and checked with the courier. I, aswell as my mum actually received the order before predicted date anyway. Great service.”

“20 Yrs ago `Phoneaframe` ( Hall 19 ) started up and I attended some training courses at `Lions` which were very helpful and educational. Shortly after we opened a part of the Underpinner snapped! I phoned Lee Tandy and he despatched a replacement the same day, that`s what I call service. Because we are a very small company ( 2 of us ) a £50 minimum order is not easy to raise, however now that you have included `Bits & Bobs` to make up the order is a move in the right direction ( we have already used this ). Thanks for keeping the despatch charging at a reasonable cost! `Minerva` a very good product.”

“"Very large choice for framing materials. Prompt fast delivery. My only gripe is that minimum order has to be over \u00a350 (excluding VAT). On the whole I'm very pleased with the service and products on offer. Would buy from Lionpic again!"”

“I have had a break from framing and needed to try and rethink things. With so many new products I was a bit overwhelmed. Looking at the mouldings so much has changed. Lion has supplied me with some chevrons and I am making some choices. I have every confidence they will continue to support me in the friendly way they always have.”
