“It's now over 40 years since we first started to use, the then fledgling Lion PFS, and because of faultless service, equipment expertise and really helpful and pleasant staff we continue to do so. We have also over many years recommended to our framing trainees your services, not once have we had any negative feedback. Long may it continue.”

“Service is faultless, online ordering is a breeze. Chops arrive spot on every time (unlike one of my other chop suppliers, ugh!) They have the best selection of sundries, some things I don't know what I'd use it for, until that job comes in. My only gripe, I wish suppliers would drop minimum orders for chop. It gets prohibitive for us small businesses. I have to try and sell from no minimum order supplier first.”

“Lion lost my internet order initially, but when I called they got the order right out to me the next day. I was impressed with the packing of the matboard that kept the material from being damaged. Not the case in the past with other vendors.”

“Very helpful on the phone. Cuts and quality of wood is excellent. Careful packaging. Catalogue need clarity in how mouldings will be cut. For s beginner it’s difficult to envisage which side it would be cut. The ‘chop’ marking is not adequate to discern the side of the cut. As result I wasted some money or I have to adopt them to different use. Did not get back to me when I wrote about the non usability of the moulding. I’ll recommend reviewing the catalogue with clients of different skills. Sabes Sugunasabesan As a result”

“After years and years of coming to the trade counter with my bits of paper and looking for items in the warehouse, for the first time I used the service where I send in my requirements online and two hours later they are all there present and correct when I get there to collect, complete with invoice with 5% discount.
