“I have just received my order from Lion framing, sooner than the forecast date which was good, I missed the courier, e-mailed Lion and received a speedy response offering resolve it. Great customer service, quality products.”

“Lion service excellent and product quality always good. DPD delivery left a lot to be desired as delivery instructions not followed and had to re-direct to a collection point to receive the parcel. Tried to contact DPD but with no success either by phone or email.”

“Service is good except the packaging of moulding, which almost every delivery is now coming with the parcel partially wrapped. Usually the middle section of corrugated card is missing.”

“Excellent range of quality mouldings and sundries and really quick delivery. The only downside for me, as a small business, is that the minimum charge of £50 + VAT doesn't enable me to make small orders – however I do understand the business reasons for this.”
