“The advice I'd requested on my air-pressurized staple gun was most useful (now working well), and the order arrived quickly. A minor point: the extra binding of each item in stringy clingfilm seems mostly unnecessary and wastes some time.”

“I found this company while searching for Depron which I use for building remote controlled model aircraft. After speaking to their friendly and very helpful staff I placed my first order. On arrival the box contents were damaged and after sending photos of the damage they very quickly apologised and sent me a mutually acceptable refund. Normally they would replace the items but as I had bought some clearance stock I agreed to a refund as 80 % of the boards were still useable. For my first encounter with them I cannot recommend the company highly enough for their customer service and friendly attitude. Thanks to Tracey - Julia - & Matt for making my first purchase of more to come a really good experience !”

“As a small business but looking to grow, Lion have been excellent where other stockists expect orders in quantities that it would virtually bankrupt me doing the low volume framing that we need to do while starting out and building up. Customer service is excellent where staff are responsive and efficient to resolve any problems, delivery is also quick which means I can turn around my orders for clients quickly! Ordering samples from Lion is virtually painless compared to dealing with other stockists. Chevrons come quickly, are well presented and are easy to order. In the meantime, I'm still waiting on a delivery of samples from a competitor more than two weeks after Lion have had theirs delivered. The staff at Lion have been excellent, making my job easier and more enjoyable!”

“Very swift delivery, ordered before 12.00 and arrived the next day. Not enough packing in the box though every thing had slammed together in transit and damaged some of the tape rolls.”
