“It is difficult for me to order now the minimum order price has increased, especially with next day delivery being the only option. Though I understand the reason for this, items are often out of stock and this means waiting for the items and then placing another large order. I recently ordered some moulding but one wasn't in stock. this meant I only received one length and it was snapped in transit. Had the rest been in stock, it would have a bigger bundle and therefore stronger. However I am very pleased to be able to order only one length if required. I prefer to place frequent small orders as I only have a small business.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. Our minimum order value used to be £30 for sundries and £50 for mouldings. We changed this just over a year ago to make ordering easier so you can combine items to reach the lower minimum order value of £50. This value hasn't changed, just the carriage where we now send all orders placed before 12 noon on an overnight. I understand your frustrations regarding out of stock items and to let you know our website now shows current stock levels and due dates which can help to plan for your future orders. “We selected our mouldings in store, Birmingham, en routs from a short break. Your store personnel were very helpful and we asked for the mouldings to be delivered. They arrived here the next day. Couldn't ask for a better service.”
